Vladimir Aleksandrovich Dziraev is the first general director of the Tobolsk Petrochemical Plant (since September 1974).
He was given an important task — to build and put into operation the largest hydrocarbon processing enterprise in the country in a relatively short time. Before arriving in Tobolsk, V.A. Dziraev worked at oil refineries in Efremov, Angarsk, for two years he headed a department in the Central Office of the USSR Ministry of Chemical Oil Industry.
For 12 years of work under the leadership of Vladimir Alexandrovich, the plant was built from the first peg on the BSI to the start of the CGFU, from the first foundation for dormitories to new neighborhoods of the city. His work was appreciated by the government award — the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.
By the decision of the Tobolsk City Duma of June 11, 1999 No. 45 was awarded the title of "Honored Citizen of the City of Tobolsk".
